After a ridiculous amount of time sitting on a shelf, the Guillermo del Toro-produced, Troy Nixey-directed horror film Don't Be Afraid of the Dark is finally being released on August 26. You may remember the first teaser trailer for the movie that came out back in August that effectively gave quite a few people nightmares, and now the full trailer is here to instill that same level of fear.

The new ad hosted by Empire, the film is about a young girl (Bailee Madison) who moves in with her father (Guy Pierce) and his girlfriend (Katie Holmes). What her new guardians don't know, however, is that their new house is infested with creatures that not only whisper to the little one, but want to take her as their own.
