Well here’s one movie Uwe Boll can’t possibly screw up. Assuming of course, everyone is supposed to hate it. If that’s what he’s trying to accomplish with Postal, then I think it’s safe to say this movie is going to be his first real success.
The hatred first started when a clip mocking the planes hitting the World Trade Center surfaced last year. It’s been fanned by numerous, lame press releases from Uwe Boll challenging legitimate filmmakers to a fight. And now, in a few weeks, Postal will hit theaters up against Indiana Jones 4 where it will no doubt die a painful death at the box office, as all of his movies do. Damn that bastard Billy Zane.
So someone please, please tell me why I’m sort of weirdly curious to see it. It’s definitely not because of the movie’s first trailer:
