For the past hour I've been riding high on the trailer for True Grit. Between the beautiful hymn used for the music, Hailee Steinfeld's voice-over and Roger Deakins' cinematography, I was in movie geek heaven. Then I found out that the new trailer for Yogi Bear was online and I wanted to curl up in a corner.

Warner Bros. has sent over the trailer, and just like the first one that came out in July, it's hard to resist the urge to vomit. It's 1:29 of bad CGI, bad pop music, prat falls and awfulness. The world would be a much better place if studios decided to stop making movies with computer generated animals dancing.

Justin Timberlake voiced Boo Boo in the trailer you just saw. How did Timberlake go from being in one of the best films of the year in The Social Network to being roped into this bullshit? The world will never know.
