The full The Last Airbender trailer is on the way and producer Frank Marshall is spilling some details. Just yesterday, Marshall tweeted, “The AIRBENDER trailer will be about 2 minutes long...” That’s great, but tell me something I didn’t know. Marshall read my mind and earlier today tweeted, “The AIRBENDER trailer will feature all the main characters...”

The teaser trailer showing off Aang’s (Noah Ringer) flame extinguishing skills was kind of cool, but not nearly enough to get me truly excited for the flick. On the other hand, getting a look at all of the main characters could do the trick, particularly Dev Patel as the banished prince of he Fire Nation Zuko and Jackson Rathbone as Sokka, the brother of Waterbender Katara (Nicole Peltz).

The trailer was originally expected to arrive in December, but Marshall tweeted that it was being pushed back until February due to lack of special effects. More time has got to mean more quality, right? While we’re waiting to see if the trailer will live up to expectations when it premieres during the Super Bowl, be sure to check out the recently released character posters featuring Aang and Zuko.

UPDATE: The trailer will still be making its debut during the Super Bowl on February 7th, but Marshall just tweeted that it will also be attached to Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightening Thief when it hits theaters on February 12th.
