Twilight fans have to be experiencing that antsy feeling kids get on Christmas Eve, when the presents they covet are so close they can almost see through brightly colored wrapping paper and touch the toys they so desperately want to play with. Granted, the “toys” for Twi-hards are Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart, and the chances of you being able to “touch” and “play” with them are slim, so hi-res photos will have to be the next best thing.

Nine new images from Bill Condon’s anticipated The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 have been released online, showing such anticipated scenes as “Bella and Edward play chess,” “Vampires do Bella’s hair,” and “Bella might have a tummy ache.” There’s also a shot of Bella and Edward racing a speedboat through a deleted scene from Miami Vice. Finally, Condon can be seen in one of the first in-production stills as he coaches Stewart and Pattinson through their infamous bedroom scene.

In addition to the nine new images, Summit Entertainment also released an official plot synopsis for the first segment of the two-part Breaking Dawn. But honestly, if you don’t know what these movie are about by this point, why on Earth are you reading this story?
