What is it with James Belushi and bad dog movies? What is it about the guy that makes him such a perfect candidate to play second banana to a canine? Whatever it is, he’s at it again in the upcoming live action version of Underdog.

The movie stars Belushi, Amy Adams, Peter Dinklage, Jason Lee, and Patrick Wharburton among a lot of unknowns. We’ve been hearing about the movie for a couple of years, but I have to say, I never truly believed anyone would be stupid enough to allow this film to exist until right this moment… when the first movie poster for it popped up online.

Below is the first teaser poster for Disney’s Underdog, an adaptation of the once sort of popular cartoon series about a pup with super powers and a proclivity for wearing capes. Maybe they’re hoping the tagline will give them a license to print money? Or maybe Disney is hoping to lure in some of The Passion crowd with a little blasphemy.
