Ozymandias Sells Insurance For Ricky Gervais You probably know him from what is almost without a doubt, one of the least funny movies of the year but Watchmen’s Ozymandias is unafraid to have a laugh. THR says Matthew Goode is joining the cast of Ricky Gervais’ next movie, a dramedy called Cemetery Junction.

The film is about twentysomethings working at an insurance company. Ricky Gervais and his Stretch Armstrong-like collaborator Stephen Merchant wrote the script and will direct. Ralph Fiennes and Gervais are supposed to star, though how they fit into a movie about twentysomethings is anyone’s guess. Could Ricky Gervais be returning to the role of corporate boss? Is Matthew Goode the new Tim? Probably not, since he’s playing a go-getter who dates the boss’s daughter. Tim was never much of a go-getter. For you fans of the American Office, Tim = Jim.

Also in the film are some lads named Christian Cooke, Tom Hughes, and Jack Doolan. Wonderful actors all of them. Real professionals, top notch talent. I have no idea who they are. But Ricky approves of them and he generally knows what he’s doing. Not everybody can be a celebrity.
