I didn’t have much Simon Pegg/Nick Frost experience prior to this year’s Hot Fuzz. But I can’t remember a recent movie where I turned off my brain and laughed any harder, so I’m sold. While they are most famous for that movie and the Zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead, both done in collaboration with Edgar Wright, they sometimes step out on their own, too.

Pegg did an interview with MTV Movies Blog and spilled a few details about one upcoming Pegg/Frost project called Paul. It won’t be directed by Wright, in fact a top dog has not been picked, but it will see Pegg and Frost in a road movie about British nerds in America.

The dynamic between Pegg and Frost will be switched around a little for Paul, according to Pegg. “I’m the bitch in this one. This time Simon’s the bitch!” No matter who the bitch is, you have to love the idea of these two loose in America.
