People's Choice Awards The Dark Knight

By Josh Tyler: 2009-01-07 23:16:57
People's Choice Awards The Dark Knight The People’s Choice Awards were held tonight and as usual, not only were they meaningless but also awkward and confusing. At least they gave a lot of awards to The Dark Knight. I hope that doesn’t hurt it’s chances of winning real award. No real voter wants to have anything in common with the People’s Choice Awards do they?

It would be different if the People’s Choice Awards were at least representative of the people’s choice. But they aren’t. They represent the movies chosen from those made available by people who know how to use the internet. The real People’s Choice happens at the box office. This is… well this is inventing a variety of excuses to get celebrities up on stage.
