Very good, enjoyable movie. It's no where near Raiders and Last Crusade, but it was hard to expect that. What you've got is a fun movie that's worth watching and is made even better for an Indiana Jones fan.
It is a good film... just a rubbish Indie film. The alien's were just a step too far, I kept thinking that they were going to bring it back and that there would be an explanation for the skulls and temples. At that point the alternate dimension opened up and the spaceship took off, oh dear!
For me the film failed to satisfy the archaeologist in me, if I wanted aliens I would have waited for the X Files movie.
Way too far fetched even for an Indy film. Slow at times and then moved too fast to try and catch up w/o explanation. Gorvernment overtones of how military/gov can invade privacy and "academia." Note to film makers: Not all movies need to have an agenda...JUST BE ENTERTAINING!
Karen Allen looked very bad, way too much prosaic.
