What makes Ratatouille even more worthy of anticipating, beyond the usual level excitement that should be associated with anything from Pixar, is that it's also the new project from Iron Giant, Incredibles genius Brad Bird. If you were somehow foolish enough to miss those two movies, then just know that he's probably the most brilliant mind working in animation anywhere. Yes, that includes all those Anime freaks over in Japan. Bird is the man.
