Poster For Soderbergh's Contagion Is A Biohazard

The first official poster for Steven Soderbergh’s Contagion has arrived. As the title suggests it’s an action-thriller centered around the threat posed by a deadly disease. The story follows a team of doctors working for the Center for Disease Control in an effort to control the outbreak.

Believe it or not Contagion is Soderbergh’s first mainstream movie since Ocean’s Thirteen in 2007. Odds are you didn’t even notice half the things he did in between, like The Girlfriend Experience. For Contagion he won’t use ex-pornstars, instead he’s assembled and all-star cast containing the likes of Matt Damon, Marion Cotillard, Jude Law, Kate Winslet, Laurence Fishburne, and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Kate Winslet in a thriller? Yeah that seemed weird to me too. That’s normally not her genre but it’s good to see her trying something different. Besides, it’s Soderbergh.
