Zombieland made a little money and suddenly everybody wishes they were Bill Murray. Hollywood wants in on zombies and so does Natalie Portman. Variety says she’s set to star in and produce an adaptation of the novel Price and Prejudice and Zombies. The book, as the title suggests, mixes the classic Jane Austen tale with the undead.

Natalie will play the classic Jane Austen heroine Elizabeth Bennet, except more feisty and presumably deadly, to those who are already dead at least. She’s distracted from her quest to kill zombies by the arrival of the frustratingly arrogant Mr. Darcy. Love blossoms while the world goes to hell. I look forward to seeing Natalie unleashing her inner badass as she swings a zombie decapitating axe
