Prince Of Persia Poster Hits Times Square... Kinda

Prince Of Persia Poster Hits Times Square... Kinda Remember when I Am Legend featured a billboard for a Batman vs. Superman movie, and we all chuckled at the thought of introducing a new franchise through a billboard in another movie? Well now Jerry Bruckheimer is taking it to the next level. In Confessions of a Shopaholic, the romantic comedy coming out February 13, Disney and Bruckheimer will debut a billboard for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, the studio's latest franchise.

MTV News has the scoop, and also reports that the movie's version of Times Square will feature artwork from G-Force, the movie about spy gerbils. Somehow that one doesn't seem to have the same appeal as an adaptation of a popular video game starring a very tan, and shirtless, Jake Gyllenhaal. Gyllenhaal will be the star of the poster, of course, and Shopaholic will mark the first time we've seen him in full costume. So sharp-eyed Prince of Persia can buy their Shopaholic tickets now-- or, y'know, just wait for the image to inevitably show up online. Your choice.
