Radha Mitchell Accepts The Seed

By Josh Tyler: 2007-02-06 16:09:06
Radha Mitchell Accepts The Seed Silent Hill star Radha Mitchell has hitched herself to yet another grisly thriller. Moviehole says she’s signed up for a remake of the 1987 movie The Hidden, being directed by Rock Shaink Jr and renamed The Seed.

I’ve been hearing Rock Shaink’s name a lot lately, usually in shady looking, fluff filled press releases which keep ending up (rightly) in my Outlook spam folder. Until now I didn’t realize he actually did things, and wasn’t simply a spam entity. Apparently he’s directing this as well as a movie called Snuff Hint: It’s not about old ladies snorting tobacco.

In The Seed Radha stars opposite Neal McDonough, last seen in another 80s movie remake, The Hitcher. The plot has something to do with a killer returning from the past, and a young detective forced to investigate his mother’s murder years earlier.
