The Wackness has a new trailer. Here’s a shocker: it’s good. It’s also a Red Band trailer, so maybe part of the problem they’ve been having with the other trailers has something to do with the lack of R-rated content? I’m not sure.
This one’s a winner though. If there’s any complaint to be had in it, it’s that it seems to be portraying this as some sort of drug-running movie, which it is not. Drugs do figure into it, but it’s not really the focus of the film. Still, good is good, and this is a fairly effective trailer. Well done Sony Classics! Here it is:
