The brand new, first trailer for the third Resident Evil movie, Resident Evil: Extinction showed up in theaters this past weekend in front of Ghost Rider, and now it’s finally on the internet.

Once again based on the popular video game franchise, Milla Jovovich is back as Alice, this time in a world that’s progressed from city with a serious zombie problem to continent gone post-apocalyptic wasteland. The trailer, which is really just a teaser, does a great job of whetting your appetite for it. I was disappointed in the second Resident Evil movie, Resident Evil: Apocalyps, but the first one is still the best video game to movie translation to date. Of course that’s kind of like saying you prefer Stalin to Hitler, but there it is.
