Review Of New Moon Script image
It was only a matter of time, really-- the script for New Moon is discovered in a dumpster in St. Louis, and some crazed fan finally gets a hold of it and posts a script review online. That's not necessarily how CC2K managed to review Melissa Rosenberg's script, but either way, they got their hands on a copy, and called the New Moon script "a good—although not perfect—adaptation of the book."

They found a lot of things to like, of course, but what we're really interested in are the complaints, which include a poor development of Bella's relationship with Edward's family, and the irritating voiceovers from Bella that were also part of Twilight. Writes reviewer Beth Woodward, "Bella’s a fairly straightforward character, so it’s not necessary to spell out everything she’s thinking. Her boyfriend left, she’s sad, we get it. No need to belabor the point."

Check out the full review over there, and beware of spoilers if you haven't read New Moon-- but if that's the case, are you really interested in a script review for the movie anyway?
