Rorschach Grapples In New Watchmen Image![]()
So many images from Watchmen have flooded the Internet in advance of its March 6 release that I figured we'd pretty much seen everything the studio was willing to give. But I guess director Zack Snyder is feeling generous now that his project has finally been guaranteed a release, and he shared an exclusive new image from one of the first scenes of the film with Entertainment Weekly.
At first it looks like Rroschach is attempting to harpoon the audience, but it turns out this is the grappling gun he used to get into the Comedian's apartment after the Comedian's murder. Snyder is sharing the image to mark the launch of CruelFilms.com, the website for his production company Cruel and Unusual Films. As he told EW, font color=#006699> "We just wanted to have a place where people could see what we're up to. As a company, we're into a lot of cool stuff, like aesthetic and design. The movies we make, and are making, feed a lot off of pop-culture." So long as Snyder keeps using the site to offer exclusive views of his most anticipated projects, he probably won't have any trouble getting traffic. |
