Scoop: Catwoman And Joker For Batman 3

By Josh Tyler: 2007-09-04 16:09:05
Scoop: Catwoman And Joker For Batman 3 It may seem a little early to be worrying about a third Batman movie while the second one is still filming, but if Batman Begins has taught us anything about Christopher Nolan it’s that he plans ahead. Batman Begins set the stage for The Dark Knight, with references to the appearance of the Joker in the next film. It’s likely that Nolan will do the same thing with The Dark Knight in setting up a third Batman sequel, and we have a surprising bit of information on who may show up in it.

One of our most reliable, long time scoopers just sent us the following tidbit: “Word is that Heath Ledger could be coming back in the next sequel which will have Two Face as the main villain.” In Batman Begins, the movie’s main bad guy was dead by the time the film was over. Ledger plays the Joker in The Dark Knight and if this is true then it means that he may end up surviving to torment Batman again. Assuming Heath is any good as Mr. J, I like the idea of Joker sticking around in the background of future film, making life miserable for Bats. He is after all, his chief nemesis. It makes sense for him to keep haranguing Bats.

Even more exciting than the idea that we may get the Joker in more than one movie is the identity of another villain who may be in Batman 3. According to our source, “it could also include a certain female feline as well.” Bear in mind that the script for Batman 3 hasn’t been written yet, so it’s all just talk at this stage. But if this really is something Nolan is kicking around for a future Batman project, then don’t be surprised to see a few hints at the future arrival of Catwoman in The Dark Knight.

  1. Frank c. Says:

Selina Kyle should be done by Jennifer Tilly but with true DC accuracy not a repeat of Batman Returns.

  1. Seattlebatman Says:

I love the idea of Nolan sticking around for the trilogy. Hopefully TDK will be the success that I think it will, so we can see this happen. In my opinion, Catwoman would be great if involved in the Nolan Bat-universe (maybe it can redeem her from the terrible "Catwoman" Halle Berry crapfest).

I hope to the Batman gods somewhere that the Justice League movie gets put on hold though. How are they going to justify placing Batman and Superman in a film where they both have their own existing film franchises? Unless both characters are more aged (ala Kingdom Come), or completely CGI, I see no reason to include those two.

Don't blow it again WB! Remember "Batman & Robin," "Steel," and "Catwoman"? You have two great franchises from two great directors who are passionate about these films. Don't ruin a good thing for a quick buck!

  1. SARAH Says:

I AM SUPER EXCITED TO HEAR CATWOMAN WIL BE IN 3. SHE DESERVES A A BIG PART AND HOPE THAT NOLAN TREATS HER CHARACTER WITH RESPECT...HIM BEING SO FOND OF THE LOEB/SALE-BATMAN CREATED UNIVERSE GIVES ME HOPE. I REALLY WOULDNT MIND A 4TH BAT FILM BY HIM THOUGH, AND WOULD LOVE TO SEE POISON IVY AS WELL!

  1. TehJoker Says:

Perhaps it's just me, but the idea of having The Joker in "the background" of Batman 3 just seems wrong. The Joker is indeed Batman's arch-nemesis, so to have him just be some nuisance or inconvenience for Batman while Batman deals with Two-Face is cheap and would definitely harm the film.

Now something like this is done in comic-series "The Long Halloween" where Joker appears to "rattle the cages" for Batman. This is ok because the over all story is broken up into mini-stories so it doesn't really draw attention away from the meat of the story.

If it were something like The Joker and Two-Face teaming up, it could work...but we all know how messy two main villains in a Batman movie can be. The character of Harvey "Two-Face" Dent is a great one, one worthy of a film solely about him battling the Bat. Having another villain as huge and significant (like The Joker) as Two-Face in the same film could do nothing but harm the story, especially if said villain is just hanging around in the background...at least that's what this Bat-fan think.

  1. Dindi Says:

Superman may be a great franchise and Bryan Singer can be great but Superman Returns was pretty boring. I like Nolans Batman though apart from some comical lines/performances in the first one. Liam Neeson is about as scary as Spongebob Squarepants (actually Spongebob scares me more) and I'm glad Tom Cruises wife has been replaced with a real actress.

  1. Kevin Says:

Um even though i like the idea of another Batman movie i truly think that we need to keep the focus on The Dark Knight, for the time being. I do believe Christopher Nolan has a great idea for batman and my only hope is that, he keeps the same feel and intensity as the First. And correct me if i am wrong but didnt the Scarecrow escape? and do you all think that theres a possibility that he might be making a return to the franchise?

  1. Tyler Says:

I've been waiting for Catwoman aka Selina Kyle to appear in these films.
My choice to play her is Rosario Dawson (clerks).
As for Two Face being the main bad guy in # 3 that's great but to have the Joker hanging around, that's a little sketchy. He can't be just hanging around, he has to rattle Batman's cage more than just a little.
However, I trust Chris Nolan and David Goyer more than Tim Burton and Joel Schumacher

  1. Thomas Says:

I'm so excited to hear that there may be a possibility of seeing Catwoman on the screen! She such a great character and has always been a favorite of mine and what Halle Berry did to her just wasn't right. I heard a while back during the buzz for the second film that Rachel Mcadams was a possible candidate for the character, which sounds pretty awesome to me but we got a long way until then so we'll just have to wait and see

  1. Demet Says:

Loving having the Joker around and a Batman vs. Face movie. And I wouldn't worry about the focus shifting from Bruce. Nolan hasn't let me down yet. My choices for Selina? Keri Russell or Rachel McAdams, who I feel won't ham it up like Rosario might.

  1. Linda Says:

I don't think there will be a Robin. Last night I saw an interview with Christian Bale and he said no way would there be a Robin.

As far as the Joker goes I read somewhere (don't remember where) that in the DK, the Joker would be put in jail and the 3rd one he would be on trial. Who knows maybe when he is on trial he will escape. Just a thought.

  1. James Says:

In all honesty, the Joker being around " a little bit" in a third one would be great if it meant the formation of Harley Quinn (heard she makes an appearance at the end when the Joker is in Arkham). Catwoman would be great to see in this universe. Can't wait till 2008! Thanks, Mr. Nolan, for making the Batman relevant in Hollywood!

  1. Memo Hernandez Says:

I think joker will not die,but will be sent to prison.Meaning he will escape and have Batman vs. joker in the last movie of this series.Scarecrow will be in The Dark Knight, but will be killed.Maybe by Batman or joker. In BM3 it will be twoface and catwoman. I think eva green would look good with that part.
Poisen Ivy,Mr.Freeze,The Riddeler and Clayface would be a little cool to see in the future, but maybe not.Who I do what to see is the jokers girlfriend. And please chris and WB do not bring robin into this, because it will kill batman again just like the other movies.I went to yahoo.com and checked out the cast for the Dark Knight and saw a actress who would be playing Barbara Gorden who later turns into batwoman.

  1. Fez Says:

Would love to see CATWOMAN in the third one. My choices for actress playing Catwoman would be either Kate Beckinsale, Anne Hathaway, Scarlet Johansson, Eva Green, Nicole Kidman or Charlize Theron among other names.

If Harley Quinn was there then have either Isla Fisher, Sienna Miller, Rachel McAdams, Kiera Knightley or Zooey Deschanel play the character.

I think DK will lead into the 3rd one sort of a continuation. If not for Catwoman would like to see either The Riddler, Poison Ivy or the Mad Hatter.

Either way, I very excited about DK and future Batman films as long as it is made by the C. Nolan or his likes. ;-)

  1. buttman Says:

are you ppl on crack who would play a great catwoman would be STAR JONES everyone knows the real catwoman is BLACK and why not have a robin we all know what ol bats does to robin i read some where thats its all ALFREDS fault that batman is gay and CONTROLLING i dont wanna see villians that where already in the movies get villians that have never been featured like the BLACKMASK or FIREFLY or MANBAT

  1. Bruce Wayne Says:

I remember reading intially when Goyer & Nolan were coming up with the Bat Man Begins treatment, Goyer basically saying that this has been mapped out more in the sense of a trilogy...Joker was to be captured at the the end of TDK, put on trial in the 3rd Bat film and cause Harveys disfigurement; which sets the stage for Two Face vs Bat Man.

  1. Jodie Holt Says:

    Angelina Jolie =purrrfect catwoman

  1. SplatMan Says:

Yawn!!! Wouldn't be nice to see Bats take on some new villains, on the big screen...not rehashes. I'd settle for a
movie about Batman getting his back broken at this point.

  1. andrea Says:

ROSARIO DAWSON! perfect casting for catwoman!!! Mr Nolan read this comment please!!!

  1. ALFRED Says:

Sarah Michelle Gellar is Harley Quinn in Dark Knight, and i want to see Catwoman, and i want to see the penguin...also Mad Hatter wuld be amazing, but i dont see it happening, hopefully they do at least 4 batmans with Nolan and Christian Bale, that would be amazing!

  1. Tim Says:

Okay, all the superhero movies of the last decade has the villians (especially the main villian) killed off. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE do no kill off Joker. That would just be plain stupid. The only way I want to see a Robin is if he/she is killed off (like in the comic book, where I think The Joker killed Tim Drake...not sure). Bane would be a cool villian, but don't make him a screaming idiot like in the worst movie ever made, Batman and Robin. Wouldn't mind seeing a Batman/Superman movie either.....

  1. B4tS Says:

To me, Nolan is the wizard that has revived The Batman franchise that has been destroyed by the foolness of joel schumacher. But Michelle Pfeifer is the perfect catwoman, and if there is someone else, the only choice is Charlize Theron. As for The Joker, I hope Nolan won't even think abot killing him in his movie.

  1. ccresta Says:

I think Charlize Theron would make a perfect Catwoman. In fact Aeon Flux was a similiar character, which the movie stunk, Charlize was good as Flux.

  1. mykl Says:

I like the first comment abut Tilly, but when you consider the age and the level of acting that Bale, Cain, Ledger, Freeman, and Murphy bring to the table she wouldn't be able to hold her own.

I think if anyone should be casted it should be someone like (well I like her enough to say it) Heather Graham or Traylor Howard or Alicia Witt, oh wait... Danielle Harris.

I just wanna see someone not obivious and someone who could become a greater actress cause of Nolan's ability to handle actors well.

  1. mcmasterkev Says:

Isn't Maggie Gylenhaal in the second one? She would be a perfect Catwoman if they worked it into the story where she turns into her. She's got a real feline quality to her.

  1. twinsmom Says:

I would hope that they don't throw too many villians in the mix at one time in the third movie. It just makes the movie so disjointed. One of the problems with 'Batman and Robin' (besides the totally bad casting of ummm.. everyone) was that the writing of the story had so much going on it was very disjointed. One of the things that made Dark Knight work for me was that it was very one on one - mano y mano.

  1. Nemanja Calic Says:

Great! My favourite Batman villains in one movie! I only wonder why Nolan didn't put Selina Kyle (but not as Catwoman) in the Batman Begins, which was partially based upon Batman: Year One. Selina could have been like a constant character from the very first days of Batman's career. But, ok. This would be great, nevertheless. Some of the future Batman movies could feature the character of Robin, but only in one or two movies, not more! Then, after that, we may see Nightwing, but also in just one or two movies! Then, one of the Batgirls could be involved, or even Huntress, my favourite DC female heroine. Ok, this may be too much. But, hey, Nolan did and still does the best Batman film I ever saw. "Training is nothing! Will is everything! The will to act (in a Batman movie)!"

  1. Bathound Says:

Y'all putting the forest before the trees...Let's see what direction TDK leads us to. I believe instead of rehashing villians we've seen, let's concentrate on othe mysterious foes such as Black Mask and his False Face Soc., the Ventrilloquist & Scarface(Have you seen "Dead Silence"?....CREEPY), or Professor Hugo Strange. I would like to see Catwoman done right. Rosario Dawson isn't a bad choice...let me add another: Kate Beckinsale.

  1. Joshua Hartsfield Says:

I think Claudia Black should play Catwoman. I mean check how she was on the TV show Stargate SG1 season 9 and seaon 10 Her personality was semilar to that of selina Kyle

  1. brad Says:

Well, my 2 cents is this....why do some people want to see characters that appeared in the previous Bat film all over again. I can understand these few baddies need and should have their due and be represented as "we" know them, but I don't care for Ivy and Freeze and would like Selina have a small role, but not the center of the film. Dent/Two Face would be cool, my only acception. I want Croc in there or a more intelligent and cruel Bane, maybe ManBat, but some people may not quite get that and the CGI would be through the roof. Hell no to Penguin and Riddler, just cuz.

Maybe i'd be throwing this too far out there, but i had a lil brain storm as i'm typin away....Ivy could be a good idea, only if they added in one good guy, that would have a nice fit for a 3th or 4th film. Getting a newer setting to the stage, kinda like how we had different environment in Star Wars. Bring in Alec Holland and Ivy and have a combo good guy, bad girl things stirring down in the Everglades where both Swamp Thing and Poison Ivy originate ( maybe Killer Croc could be stuck in there, but then again, cramming several villians in on story, we get another BatMan/Robin mess) . I havent actually thought out the story, but I always wanted a newer, better Swamp Thing film than we got 10 years ago. there's my two cents.....

oh yeah, no Robin!!!! Bats is a loner, there's reasons why he works alone, in the shadows. We don't need a yellow cape floating about aside Bale's Batman.

  1. Goose40 Says:

agree with brad,,,,bring in some new/older characters.....croc would be awesome but would need a stronger core villian to drive the movie. or have the joker recruit the croc at the end of TDK for rollover to #3

  1. Michael Says:

I would love to see Catwoman in a Christian Bale/Batman movie, but my ideal choice for the role would be Lucy Lawless! She is a fantastic actress and is very physically strong as years on Xena would attest to her being a true match in fighting Batman/Bale.

There are pictures of Lucy in a catsuit from one of her recent concerts (yes, she is a musician too), and she would be awesome as Catwoman visually as well as in personality and fighting prowess.

Here are the pictures of Lucy in her catsuit:

    http://www.creationent.com/images/CE-LL49.jpg

    http://www.creationent.com/images/XE-DVD19.jpg

If Robin is introduced into the new franchise, then either Paul Wesley or Shawn Ashmore would be ideal for that role. I would love to see Batgirl too, and either Adrienne Wilkinson or Tsianina Joelsen would be my choice for her.

    Cheers, Michael

  1. brad Says:

i'm sure most of us have seen pics of Heath/Joker already and damn if it ain't crazy and scary !! i dont think we can wait any longer for this film to take the screen huh???

thanks Michael, never knew Lucy was a singer too. She's a very sexy, sultry woman that has an attitude to boot and would definately be a fantastic choice to a Catwoman character...it opened my mind to a reintroduction to having her in a new/next Bat-film and possibly a main character.

    thanx for the kudos Goose40.

and still, NO to a Robin in a Bale Bat Film....period!

  1. maya Says:

    Catwoman yay!
(I'd choose Monica Belluci for the role- to have something very diff from Pfeifer's amazing performance...something that looks more like the Selina Kyle from the comic books...or Laura Mennell cause she is still relatively unknown but wows)

I would love to see a cameo of Dr.Harleen Quinzell
(if rumors are true and SMG is the role then whoo hoo!) maybe her ahem girlfriend Pamela Isley could at least be mentioned as off saving the rainforests or something ;)

    Mad Hatter would be cool...scarface.

not bane though- I was never a fan of his character.

but what is the likelihood of any of these characters ever being part of the franchise. I want Scarcrow back for sure!

  1. Britt Says:

It's really unfortunate about Heath Ledger's death and how there's no way for a joker return if possible depending on how they made the ending. I would be interested in seeing Catwoman come back, two face sounded interesting, and maybe possibly the riddler.

  1. Chibi Says:

I'd like to see Catwoman in a Batman movie. I think Nolan could make something good with her, like he did with the franchise ! Before Batman Begins, i hated Batman. And since the movie came out, i'm a fan of it ! And the Joker seems so cool. Can't wait to see the movie ! But, with Heath Ledger's death, the chances of seeing the Joker in the next sequel are pretty small ... Too bad Heath died, he was so talented ! There are a few characters that i would like to see in the upcoming movies : Poison Ivy & Harley Quinn, for exemple.

  1. Connor Says:

I think that they shouldnt have joker in the next one since Heath has passed away i think they should leave him alone for atleast 2 or 3 more of the batman movies to bring him back in to the batman movies, but i love the idea of catwomen and two-face being in it.

  1. deadshot Says:

Catwoman is cool but she is better for the books, I wish to see Batman defeated. The sole reason why I love Batman comics is because the villians have the most deviant characteristics, the villians i would most like to see are Dr. Kirk Langstrom(man-bat), Deadshot, and Doctor Moon. also if they are going to do anything dumb like Robin it better be the Jayson Todd Robin this way they can have Hush kill Robin and then kill Batman. Also I would like to say that it is a real loss that Heath Ledger passed away, this will truly be the test fo Nolan, how will he pull it off, only time can tell.
    JOKER LIVES!!!!!

  1. deadshot Says:

Catwoman is cool, but she already had her own movie and it sucked. We dont get to see enough heros die or become incompasitated, I love the Batman comics for one reason..... the villians some villians I personaly would love to see are Dr. Kirk Langstrom,

  1. Molotov Says:

Keep in mind that Christopher Nolan is trying to make this as realistic of a Batman as possible without letting down the hardcore comic book fans so some of the villians are going to be too unrealistic to do. Killer Croc could easily be done. All Croc is, is a guy with a genetic mutation that makes his skin seem like scales. He filed his teeth down when he was in the circus to play off his persona. It was the animated series that gave Croc a snout and a tail. Mr. Freeze would be stretching it but I think it could still be done and done well. I do think though that Man Bat and Clayface would be taking it too far. I do hope that Chris Nolan focuses on alot of the more minor villians like Jervis Tetch aka the Madhatter (Who was a nano tech scientist obsessed with Lewis Caroles writings and kidnapped and raped anyone named Alice), Garfield Lynns aka Firefly who I heard might actually make an appearance in The Dark Knight, Ventriloquist and Scarface, Lonnie Machin aka Anarky, Floyd Lawton aka Deadshot, and Talia al Ghul. Now with that said, I know alot of people want Chris Nolan to avoid using charecters from past films but you just can't avoid Batmans greatest foes. The Penguin, Riddler, and Poison Ivy are too huge to just glance over so they just have to make sure they do it in a realistic way. For example, take The Penguin, get rid of his fuckin nose and the umbrellas and make him what he was, a mob boss fronting a Gotham City night club and you have yourself a great charecter. Get rid of the neon green spandex and the question mark cain and you find yourself with a Riddler obsessed with his own intelligence and puzzles. Hell, make him a computer hacker. And all Poison Ivy is, is a feminist eco-terrorist. We have those people in real life with the Earth Liberation Front.

Now as far as casting goes theres no question that Bob Hoskins is the perfect Penguin. I would also choose James Callis from Battlestar Galactica as the Riddler and Nathan Jones to play Bane. If they must use Man Bat I would have Ed Norton play Dr. Kirk Langstrom and I would have Brittany Murphy play Harley Quinn. As far as Joker goes theres no way around it, since Ledgers death they will have to recast. They already let it slip in January that the Joker was suppose to return in the third film meaning that there is a good chance they didn't go back and figure out a way to make it seem like the Joker dies at the end of The Dark Knight. My 2 choices for Heaths replacements are Johnny Depp and James Franco. Depp has the skill needed to carry a big charecter like that, the 2 biggest problems is that he is almost 20 years older then Heath and he is built alot smaller then him as well. Franco on the other hand is built exactly like Ledger and is only a year older then him. I would just be curious though if he has the ability to carry a role as huge as The Joker.

And lastly, I hate Robin just like everyone else but I do not see a way around him. I'm just really curious how they are going to make a realistic charecter out of him when Batman has to wear an entire cowel to protect his head and hide his indentity when all Robin is wearing is a tiny mask. Unless Dick Grayson is a shut in who doesn't get out much I don't see how they are going to pull his charecter off.

  1. Joe Says:

Well having the Joker in a 3rd installment would not work for one because Heath Ledger cant return as him (bless his soul) and plus it would suck ass. The Joker is good for one movie but if batman didnt kill him then it would suck because the joker is too powerful to just stay in jail rotting, hes gonna have to die. And catwoman sucks. There cant be any girls that fight crime, if anything include a badass Robin before catwoman, she would just be annoying.

  1. syco Says:

Jessica Biel man..wanna see her a$$ in tight leather

  1. cameron Says:

The Mad Hatter! He has the potential of being a very dark and effective villain! Chris Nolan should use him! Although, he shouldn't be a old paedophile, maybe a teenage schizo who wants to put gotham in total anarchy.

  1. jason Says:

    Catwoman - Angelina Jolie
The Penguin - Philip Seymour Thomas
    Bane - Michael Clark Duncan
    Poison Ivy - Charlize Theron

  1. batman22 Says:

I hear they have talked to David peirce about playing the Riddler.

  1. Clifford Phillips Says:

I for one think that they might want to bring on Lady Shiva. She is a real kick-butt part. Bats has had many foes, but she is really his equal in physical conditioning and training and it hasn't really been solved to see who would really whoop who, at least as far as I know.

  1. Lia Says:

Catwoman. yes. in the 3rd movie. screw rachele as a love interest. i wanna see some selina kyle.

  1. Gabe Says:

I really hope Nolan ends this after the third film (the caped cruasder is a cool name for it!) as for Joker to be honest i hope he dies because i don't want to see Ledger replaced!

  1. cunterrific Says:

to me i dunno if anone can be a better catwoman than michelle phieferbut if i had to choose and i feel shes nessecary in this sequel..
    catwoman- helena bonham carter

    harley quin- gwen stefani
    mad hatter - chritopher walken
    no robin!!

  1. Miss_Kitty_Claws Says:

You people are all nuts and don't know what you're talking about. First of all, Selina Kyle must be in the next installment of the Batman films. The character is just so central to the whole Batman story. Catwoman is not only one of Batman's greatest rogues, but also one of his key love interests and his relative equal. She makes Batman struggle with himself even more than he already does, which is great! I am confident in Christopher Nolan's ability to finally do justice to such a fantastic character. No other comic book character has been more tarnished by every incarnation onscreen (both small and big) than Catwoman. Although I did enjoy Tim Burton's Catwoman, even though it had nothing to do with her comic counterpart. And I saw the film...I believe I detected a tiny hint at the Feline Fatale's forthcoming appearance. I CAN HARDLY WAIT!!! Just so long as they finally stay true to her and use the current version of the catsuit. I think an relative unknown would be best for the role...and just an FYI, the Catwoman movie with Halle Berry had absolutely nothing to do with the comic book version...they just stole the name.

  1. Miss_Kitty_Claws Says:

Oh, and to whoever posted that Catwoman should be played by Lucy Lawless...you really are crazy! Not only is she way to old, but she's also way too BIG!! Catwoman's stats are as follows: 5'7" tall, 135lbs., Black hair, green eyes...and built like a gymnast...not a warrior princess from the amazon! LMAO Jennifer Tilly would be an okay choice about 15 years ago. Catwoman should be played by someone with similar stats, great acting chops, and who is within the same age range as Christian Bale, if not a year or two younger. I think you all need to go back and read your comics again...or read your first one or whatever. I was however refreshed by the thought of Jessica Biel...I think she just might be able to pull it off...maybe. Oh yeah, Charlize is also too big for the role. And as another person posted before me, you can bitch all you want about reusing the same Batman villains, but you simply cannot avoid Batman's chief nemeses. You just can't. And since this Batman storyline has nothing to do with the previous films, they aren't really being reused, are they?

  1. Julep Says:

What I would do to see Catwoman in the next film! Michelle Pfieffer's performance in the 1992 film was amazingggg, the 2004 Halle Berry one had NOTHING on it. As for the next catwoman character, I was thinking Kiera Knightley...maybe Jessica Biel? Maggie Gylenhaal could've easily played Selina Kyle if she wasn't put into the role of Rachel Dawes. Anyway, as long as Selina Kyle is thin, sexy, and beautiful, i'm fine with whoever it is. :]

  1. lynn Says:

okay so i dont see how two face would end up being in the 3rd batman movie if hes killed off in dark knight. it wouldnt make sense. obviously the joker should come back in the 3rd because he isnt killed and is batmans main villain. sadly heath Ledger wont be the joker in the next movie, because he was just awsome in Dark Knight. its such a shame. =( catwomen or poison ivy would be nice to see in the next movie maybe even the penguin. also the riddler would be pretty interesting too. just a thought. we dont need a robin because it would off set batmans character as of now and ruin the movie. but we definately need a female villain instead of the girl that is batmans love and always in trouble needing saving we need a female that will torment the bat in a love relationship and a foe

  1. peterocc Says:

I wouldnt mind seeing Catwoman. In fact, during the movie, while Bruce is talking to Lucious Fox about a new suit, He ask's "Will it stop dogs?" Lucious responds with "It will stop a cat". This was the only clue I picked up through out the movie for any possible sequel reference. Also Nolan was heard mentioning Angelina Jolie as his preference for Catwoman this past week.

  1. Eli Says:

Catwoman is gonna be played by megan fox

  1. Slayer-Gal-x Says:

Dudeee 2 Face could be in the 3rd on considering that no villian stays dead in Batman. And i highly coubt the joker will be in it now considering that Heath is now dead. I would also like to say that Catwomen would be great but i would like to see Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn in the 3rd one if they are going to do it. I would love to see a female Villian in the 3rd movie xx

  1. Jake Says:

    MEGAN FOX FOR CATWOMAN!
    Nuff said.

  1. russ Says:

a brunette erica durance as catwoman SEXY!

  1. shell Says:

Instead of guessing - why dont all of you go to warner bros website and look for the facts. The joker will not be back. Two face will be back. Everyone needs to stop talking about bringing in the penguin, riddler, mad hatter, bane, posion ivy and Mr Freeze. It is a known fact that they will not be in the 3rd movie.

  1. Miss_Kitty_Claws Says:

Megan Fox is a good choice for Catwoman...really good, actually. And refreshing. I think it would be interesting to put Angelina Jolie in the role and opposite Christian Bale, however. I guess I'll just have to be patient.
