The first full trailer for Scream 4 will officially debut some time tonight, and we’ll have it for you when it does. In the meantime, we’ve gotten our hands on two brand new images from Scream 4. One features our very first look at Courtney Cox and David Arquette together in the film, the other is a pretty great shot of the Ghostface killer on the attack.
