Spike TV’s Scream Awards were filled with a whole host of new footage firsts, including new video from the hotly anticipated movie Twilight. In the footage below, a voyeuristic vampire molests the movie’s super-cute girl with a camcorder. These vampires may not have fangs, but apparently they have YouTube accounts to advertise their kills. The girl is of course saved by her terribly romantic vampire boyfriend.
