Morgan Spurlock may be turning into the next Michael Moore. In only two movies he’s gone from taking on corporate capitalism to taking on the United States government. Instead of directly criticizing our armed forces, however, Spurlock put himself on the line and decided to see just how tough it is to find our country’s number one enemy in the appropriately titled Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden?
If you’re as interested in Spurlock’s flick as I am, you’ll be excited to hear that MTV has gotten their hands on the first five minutes of the movie. The footage includes Spurlock’s introduction, a strange video game style visualization of a fight between Spurlock and Bin Laden (including some freaky powers ranging from Spurlock’s moustache to Osama’s headgear), and finally the filmmaker undergoing some military style self-defense training.
This clip has definitely worked on me – I can’t wait to see more of Where in the World is Osama Bin Laden?, which opens in a limited run later this month. Check out the trailer below or a high definition version over at MTV’s Overdrive.
