Why is cursing particularly funny when it comes from old people, specifically old women? They’re old. They’ve had plenty of chances to curse for a lot longer than those of us who are younger, yet an old woman letting loose with profanity is hilarious… and marketable.

The new online campaign for Crank 2: High Voltage is cashing in on an old women cursing by letting you send a profanity laden message to your friends through their official website. The gimmick comes from a scene in the movie where Chev Chelios (Jason Statham) needs to conduct electricity to keep his heart going and can’t find anything, so he starts trying to generate static electricity, rubbing up on an elderly woman who later says he treated her like “his dirty little whore.”

The actress who plays that part now appears in this marketing piece that lets you send two brief clips from the movie to a friend, along with insults along the lines of her being reminded of her virginity and calling your friend a bitch.

The resulting video is a little bawdy to share below, but you can head over to the Crank 2 website to create your own message to send to a friend… or just to play around with so you can hear the old woman curse.
