After Last week’s over performing of the Japanese horror remake The Grudge, words have been rumbling around the Sony offices to go ahead with plans for a second.

Producer Roy Lee said “The Grudge 2 is now being fast-tracked, as we speak, and we’re now working on the details. We were very proud of the film and I think people went to see it because it was a good film which is the most important thing.” By “good” of course he means having more formula in it than a newborn baby as well as being more bland than a two hundred year old communion wafer.

The Sequel, being titled The Ghost, will have to sit on writer Craig Rosenberg’s to do list as he must finish up his work on Half Light first.
