Well, Michael Moore has blown his political load and is ready to move back into defending the little guy. With Fahrenheit 9/11 blazing past the hundred million mark, he should have plenty of money to finance all the crusading he can handle.

He’s kicking it off with Sicko, a Moore critique of the health-maintenance industry. The idea is a spin off of an idea he had on his TV show, “The Awful Truth” in which Moore staged a mock funeral for a patient who died from being denied an organ transplant at an HMO. While he got results from that particular HMO (he relented and paid for the transplant) no doubt Moore is setting his sights on a much bigger target than one greedy doctor for a more cinematic attack.
