If you weren't already excited to see the upcoming horror/comedy Slither, this might do it for you. The movie comes out in just a few weeks, so Universal is kicking their marketing campaign up to eleven, with a great new poster for the movie (below), new stills from the flick, and a pretty funny little featurette from former failed Serenity star turned Slither success Nathan Fillian.
