Not content with delivering a $200million summer movie in less than half the time it takes George Lucas, it seems Steven Spielberg is desperate to have his next project in theatres before Christmas. Someone check this dude for steroids or something.
Spielberg has fast-tracked his planned drama based on the massacre of Israeli athletes at the 1973 Munich Olympics for a December 23rd release date.
Apparently the project is all ready to go on a summer filming schedule after Spielberg dropped everything to work on War of the Worlds while Tony Kushner (Angels in America) has been working on rewriting the project.
