On Sunday June 21, 2009, Fox will be hosting early screenings of the new Ice Age movie in 330 theatres. The previews will be exclusively in 3D.
The movie will officially be released everywhere on Wednesday, July 1, 2009. After which I hope Fox decides to finally announce a Scrat movie, or at least a Saturday morning cartoon or something. But we all know they're more likely to announce Ice Age: When Mammoth Met Elephant.
