Steve Carell probably has a fair amount of testosterone in real life-- how else do you explain that carpet of man fur we saw on display in The 40-Year Old Virgin? But in Hi-T, he'll explore the effect of having way, way too much of the male hormone. No word on whether or not that will once again lead to chest-waxing hijinks.

The only bad news in sight here is that the script is written by Kim Barker, who penned the movie that significantly derailed John Krasinski's attempts to be a movie star, License to Wed. Barker also wrote the Sandra Bullock comedy All About Steve, which just got pushed back to a fall release date at the last minute. That makes two bad omens, and even though Variety reports that Carell is producing the movie himself, it might not be enough to overcome an unpromising script. Then again, Carell has been known to make literally anything funny. So don't despair just yet.
