Earlier this month the new poster and trailer for Superbad debuted, and they were kind of alright. It’s a teen nerd raunch comedy with cool people like Judd Apatow, Seth Rogen, and Jonah Hill involved so your interest is obligatory. What none of us knew when we watched the original trailer was that censorship was preventing us from seeing all the good parts.

Luckily, Sony has released a new Red Band version of the trailer which is every bit as hilarious as it is raunchy. If you thought Superbad looked funny before, you’d better put on some diapers and prepare to wet yourself when you watch this cursing and cock reference filled version.

Instead of that green “approved for all audiences” notice you get before most trailers Red Band trailers come with a red “approved for restricted audiences only” warning. Red Band trailers can play only in front of R and NC-17 rated movies, but they never seem to show up there. Instead, the only place you can really see them is on the internet. Unfortunately you’ll have to jump through a few age verifying hoops to see this one, but if you get through the obstacle course Superbad’s Red Band trailer is worth ever click.
