Until now, the casting for Superman Returns has really been the only news we’ve gotten about Bryan Singer’s Man of Steel film, other than the production diaries (which haven’t been hugely forthcoming with details about the movie) and a few stills from the set. Well IESB claims to have the scoop on the movie’s plot, and then some.

Head over here to read their scoop which is SPOILER HEAVY if the information they have is correct. I’ve read it and I didn’t see anything that would massively ruin the film for me, but some people are ultra sensitive about this sort of thing.

If what IESB is reporting is accurate, Singer’s follow up to the Donner films could be both respectful to the first few films and a much better follow up then the Richard Pryor laden Superman III.
