In the classic fable, Chicken Little sent the town into hysterics by announcing that a piece of the sky landed on him. "The sky is falling!" he exclaimed in a wild frenzy. Little did he know, it was merely an acorn, clunking his head as it fell from a tree. They didn't create the phrase "bird brain" for nothing.

Walt Disney Pictures has turned this twisted tale into a big budget, CGI animated adventure. In the updated version of the story, Chicken Little tries to repair his bad name by being a functional, anxiety-free member of society. However, when his reputation finally begins to be replenished, the sky really does fall on his head. How's that for irony? He and his group of outcast buddies seek to find the truth and save the planet without causing further anarchy.

The all-star cast lending their voices to the project includes Zach Braff, Garry Marshall, Joan Cusack, Steve Zahn, and many others. It is directed by Mark Dindal (The Emperor's New Groove) and written by Steve Bencich and Ron Friedman (Brother Bear). The film opens on November 4th.
