Terminator 4 Moves On Without The Terminator![]()
The hardworking guys over at Coming Soon have been digging through their Entertainment Weekly and found quotes from co-screenwriter Michael Ferris Terminator 4, a project which is surprisingly, not yet dead. I know, I'm shocked too. Isn't Arnie permanently a politician?
That doesn't seem to matter. Ferris says, "Terminator 3 kind of closed the book on Schwarzenegger, as did his gubernatorial career." They're moving on without him, and making the first Terminator movie without the original Terminator. Instead he says the movie will be about discovering the intricacies of Skynet, and figuring out what the postapolyptic future is like. The Terminator isn't the only thing missing from Terminator 4 though. Last we heard T3 director Jonathan Mostow hadn't actually signed to helm, and James Cameron sure as hell isn't going to touch it. If it happens, T4 is still a long way off. |
