The Boat That Rocked Domestic Trailer![]()
A few weeks ago we brought you the first ever, international trailer for The Boat that Rocked, a movie about a pirate radio station which took the whole “pirate” thing a little too seriously. Philip Seymour Hoffman, Bill Nighy, Rhys Darby, and Nick Frost star as a bunch of DJ’s sitting off the coast of Britain in the 60s, blasting offensive rock n’ roll onto the island from a love ship full of sex, drugs, and the occasional lesbian.
Now we have the first domestic trailer for the film… and it’s kind of a dud. The international trailer is a blast, but the domestic one uses an annoying narrator and some of the energy of the original trailer is lost. So while I’ve dropped the new domestic trailer below, I’ve also included the older international version. I strongly recommend watching that instead. Should you choose to watch the domestic trailer, you can also catch it in high-res over at Apple. International Trailer: |
