According to Variety, Universal Pictures and Strike Entertainment are bringing forth the spooky sci-fi thriller Children Of Men, based on the novel by P.D. James. Moore will play the first woman in 20 years to miraculously get pregnant, and Clive Owen is enlisted to protect her. Just make sure to keep her away from excessive caffeine and slippery slopes.

Alfonso Cuaron (Harry Potter & The Prisoner Of Azkaban is directing the project. adding to his busy upcoming slate. Moore has previously starred in the sci-fi stinker The Forgotten playing a mother desperate to find her missing child. The combination of the science fiction genre and childbearing hasn't worked for her in the past, but she is giving it another try. She will also star in another upcoming sci-fi flick called Next, opposite Nicolas Cage.
