The Losers Moves Yet Again To April 24![]()
Last time we brought you news about Sylvain White's The Losers, we were scratching our heads at the fact that Warner Bros. had moved the film to a June 2 release date, which put it just in front of the very, very similar The A-Team.
Either someone high up at Warner Bros. was listening or we're just psychic, because the studio had changed release dates once again-- Coming Soon reports that The Losers will now open on April 24, with just MacGruber and Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps as its competition. That means that just three weeks after Warner Bros. totally destroys your mind with Clash of the Titans on April 2, they'll be back for more. In case you haven't been keeping track, The Losers is an adaptation of Andy Diggle's action-thriller graphic novel, starring Zoe Saldana, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Chris Evans, Idris Elba and Columbus Short as members of an elite special forces unit taking revenge against those who betrayed them. Yes, it is awfully similar to The A-Team. Glad we're keeping those two at least a reasonable distance apart. |
