I admit, it's only within the last few years that I've been able to remember the difference between The Rock and Vin Diesel, mostly because The Rock repeatedly makes bad family comedies like The Tooth Fairy, and Diesel just made one, 2005's The Pacifier. Plus, Vin Diesel could constantly be recognized by the endless Fast and Furious franchise, which will be continuing with next year's Fast Five.

But wait... Deadline Hollywood is reporting that The Rock, a.k.a. Dwayne Johnson, is looking to star in Fast Five. Well, there goes my entire system. The deal isn't complete, and it's unclear which role Johnson would play, but I'm guessing he and Diesel will be chasing each other in basically identical flashy cars, which means it will be completely impossible to know what's going on in this movie (not that it was that easy in any of the earlier films either). Add this to the fact that Johnson's next film will be Faster, which is also about car racing, and I'm just going to be a massive ball of confusion until this all blows over.
