Believe it or not, they're making a movie out of the videogame Dead or Alive. No, not the beach volleyball one, the fighting one. Rather wisely, they've decided to cut all the male characters right out of the thing and focus on the bubbly, bouncy, scantily clad, extremely female ones. Basically, DOA the movie is Charlie's Angels, only with really hot women.

The Movie Blog has dug up the first (and apparently from its label, the final) trailer for DOA: Dead or Alive. It's available via a rapidshare, file downloading program. The movie's just been picked up for distribution by the Weinstein Company's Dimension Films division. Look for it to show up in theaters Fall 2006.
