Three New High-Res Images From The Sorcerer's Apprentice

Last night we got our first look at the first trailer for The Sorcerer's Apprentice, starring Nicolas Cage as a slightly unhinged New York City sorcerer and Jay Baruchel as the kid lucky-- unlucky?-- enough to become his apprentice. Now Disney has released three high-res images from the film, giving us an even better look at the madness about to unfold.

As wary as I am about Nicolas Cage being given even an inch of crazy to play with (unless it's from Werner Herzog, of course), there might be potential here. Check out the images below and decide for yourselves.
