There may be a point at which I’ll finally get sick of watching Clive Owen play some variation on a spy, but if that point exist I haven’t even come close to reaching it yet. I know everyone loves Daniel Craig as Bond, but goddamn it, it’s a crying shame that Owen didn’t get the part. He’s perfect. Instead, he’s left fighting the banking system in The International. The title is sharp, it fits exactly the kind of movie I want to see Clive Owen doing. The new trailer which was just released however… looks a little generic. It could be any movie. Any movie with Clive Owen, which of course instantly makes it awesome.
