Despite the title of this story, Powder Blue is more than Jessica Biel stripping. That’s just what’s going to get asses in seats. It’s also Patrick Swayze in a blonde mullet and Forest Whitaker looking creepy and sweaty.

The first trailer for Powder Blue has arrived and for some reason every time I watch it, I think of Night at the Blue Ignuana. Somehow I doubt this will be nearly as satisfying. It’s certainly not very similar. Powder Blue tells the story of an overwhelmed erotic dancer (Jessica Biel ), a grieving husband who has lost his will to live (Forest Whitaker), a terminally ill ex-con (Ray Liotta) and a pathologically shy mortician (Eddie Redmayne). Yeah it’s one of those interconnected lives, Crash knockoffs. Here’s the trailer:
