Sandra Bullock has dyed her hair a ridiculous shade of blonde and adopted a fairly horrible southern accent and, in spite of that, The Blind Side looks kind of good. It’s based on a true story in which a homeless black youngster is taken in by a wealthy white family who helps him fulfill his full potential while he teaches them the usual movie lessons about life before becoming a first round NFL draft pick.
