When he’s not vamping it up in Twilight, star Robert Pattinson spends time being British, and appearing in very British movies. In fact before he did Twilight he made a little movie called How to Be, which still hasn’t been released, well, anywhere. Actually it’s on the festival circuit right now and, IFC tells us it will be released via their Festival Direct, on-demand channel on April 29th.

Meanwhile they’ve started releasing trailers for the film, which stars Pattinson as a young man having an existential crisis and entrusting himself into the care of a wizened Canadian self-help guru. I thought Canadian’s helped themselves with beer and hockey fights, but apparently not so much.

We’ve got the first two trailers for you below. What’s really strange about it is that as the film starts out, you think Pattinson is playing a mentally handicapped man, but then by the midway point he’s picked up a guitar and morphed into some sort of British hipster.
