The Twilight Saga has a new face. Jack Huston has joined the cast of Eclipse, the still to be filmed third entry in the increasingly popular emotion-porn franchise.

THR says Huston is set to play a human named Royce King II. Here’s where it gets a bit confusing if, like me, you haven’t read the books. Twilight fans, feel free to help sort this out, should I get it wrong. Royce King II is a human who lived and was murdered by a vampire during The Great Depression. I assume that means we’ll see him only in flashbacks, involving Rosalie, a vampire made by the Cullens and Royce’s killer.

So who is this Jack Huston guy? As his name suggests, he’s a relative of Anjelica and Danny Huston. To be specific he’s their nephew. He’s like Anjelica’s Emma Roberts. Jack’s been acting since 2004 and if you’re one of the few who bought a ticket for it, you might have seen him in Outlander opposite Jim Caviezel where he played a pivotal role as the Viking warrior Wulfric. In it, he comes off as a pretty decent Karl Urban starter kit. Later this year you’ll also be able to catch him in the movie Shrink opposite Kevin Spacey.
