Two Car Accidents On Sorcerer's Apprentice Set: Omen?

By Tim Gomez: 2009-05-10 20:05:42
Two Car Accidents On Sorcerer's Apprentice Set: Omen? I’m not the most religious dude in the world, but I can recognize a bad sign when I see it. Unfortunately, it looks as though Nicholas Cage doesn’t have the same sense for bad vibes. I can’t hold it against him, though, because it seems as though he doesn’t have a good sense for much at this point (specifically, scripts).

EW.com reports that a crash, the second in a week, has occurred on the set of Cage’s new movie, The Sorcerer's Apprentice. There were nine victims in total, but fortunately, only minor injuries were sustained.

The accident occurred when a woman driving an SUV tried to avoid a taxi and ended up crashing into a parked car. The SUV and the car both ended up on the sidewalk where crewmembers were sitting. All of the victims were rushed to the hospital.

Don’t get me wrong, no one wants anyone to die on any movie set, but I can bet that these people were glad that they didn’t have to die for the newest Nicholas Cage vehicle. As for Nic Cage, I think it’d be smart to bow out at the first sight of locusts.
