UPDATE: Lindsay Lohan Out Of Gotti: Three Generations![]()
UPDATE: Apparently Lohan realized just how much she needs the money. TMZ is now reporting that Lohan is now attached to the project again, but will no longer be playing Victoria Gotti. Instead, she will be playing Gotti's daughter-in-law Kim, a role once rumored for (are you fucking kidding me?) Kim Kardashian.
At this stage in Lindsay Lohan's career you'd think that she'd be willing to act in a movie just for a hot meal. She has a horrific reputation, is an insurance liability and has been having money troubles. Hence, this story makes very little sense, yet is 100% true. TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is no longer involved with the John Gotti biopic Gotti: Three Generations. Executive Producer Marc Fiore has confirmed that talks with Lohan's team have ended because of money and "various demands." Though Fiore wanted Lohan for the role, he said, ""I will only ride a merry-go-round with my kids." It was just a couple days ago that director Nick Cassavetes decided to bail on the project in favor of an independent film called Yellow. The film still stars John Travolta as John Gotti, Joe Pesci as Angelo Ruggiero, and Ella Bleu Travolta, John's daughter, in an unspecified role. Fiore did also mention that the door may not be closed, saying, "Maybe if Lindsay calls me up, we can talk about it." I'm almost convinced that Lohan has started a scheme in which film projects pay her to say that she's attached so that they can get media attention before dumping her on the curb. Next up? Eyes of the Dreamer. |
