Eric Dane, the one who I'm assuming is McSteamy, is "circling" a role in the rom-com, according to Variety. Hilariously, he'll be going from playing a plastic surgeon to a quarterback, who's trying to figure out when to retire. What does that have to do with Valentine's Day? No idea.

He'll be joining a pretty dazzling cast, all of them telling interconnected stories in Los Angeles on that day of chocolates and flowers. Julia Roberts, Emma Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace and Hector Elizondo are all on board already. Romantic comedy veteran Garry Marshall (Pretty Woman, The Princess Diaries), casting half the actresses he's worked with previously, is directing.
