Superhero Movie opens this weekend to parody superhero movies. Because that hasn’t been done yet? As do all of these parody movies, it’ll be doing a lot more than just making fun of men in tights. The film will be filled with mockery of all sorts of different pop culture references. For example, get ready to see them make fun of Tom Cruise.
We’ve just received a new clip from the film, which does exactly that. It’s a parody of Tom Cruise’s Scientology recruitment video, which made the rounds earlier this year before cease and desists killed the fun. The guy they’ve got doing a Tom Cruise impression is actually pretty good, but is it funny? I don’t know. Watch:
