Regardless of how you feel about the stories and the acting, the Transformers movies are fun to watch in an “oh my god that’s freakin’ cool” sort of way. Packed to the gills with explosions and fighting robots, there’s no denying that the TF flicks provide a solid form of mind numbing entertainment, but entertainment nonetheless.

Over the weekend, some spy videos leaked out from the set of Michael Bay's latest as it shoots on the busy streets of Chicago. Fans crowded the barriers so they could see Optimus Prime narrowly escape a gauntlet of explosions. There was a even a local Chicago news crew there showcasing a couple of cars speeding away (the Twins?) and chatting with Patrick Dempsey, who was recently added to the cast.
